Kickborn Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the game you accept these terms. The store user agreements (Apple, Google, Steam) also apply.

2. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, redistribution and extracting code or assets are prohibited except where law allows. Third-party components remain under their own licences (see THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES).

3. Fiction and real people

People, clubs and events in the game are fictional and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

4. Free to play and purchases

• The whole career is free. Purchases are optional. Equipment gives small, capped stat boosts (+5 max per stat) and can be earned in-game with career money or rewards.
• Diamonds are a virtual currency with no cash value. They are not transferable between accounts and not refundable, except where the law requires.
• Your diamond balance is held on our server in an anonymous shop account, not in your save. A recovery code is available in the store; if you lose both the code and the device, we may be unable to restore the balance.
• Payment, pricing, tax and cancellation rules are set by Apple or Google, and refunds go through them. If a purchase is refunded, the diamonds from it are deducted from your balance (it may go to zero).
• Cash packs and diamond-to-cash exchanges give in-game money only. Cash purchases are limited per career season, and buying cash requires the player to be 18 or older.
• The diamond packs are 220, 600 and 1,300 diamonds. The 2,800 and 7,500 packs no longer exist.

5. Pro Contract subscription

Pro Contract is a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. It gives 20 diamonds per day, claimed in the store, and no direct match advantage (diamonds can buy optional training gear, capped at +25%).

6. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. You never need to watch one to progress, and you may decline ad tracking and still receive the reward. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

7. Fair play

Cheating, tampering with the app or server, replaying or forging purchases or rewards, and fraud (including chargeback abuse) may lead to rewards being removed and the shop account suspended or closed.

8. Gambling-style content

Casino mini-games use in-game money only. That money can be bought with real money, but it can never be cashed out, and games pay no real money or prizes.

9. Your saves

Saves live on your device and backing them up is your responsibility. Device failure, deletion or version changes may cause loss; we take care but give no guarantee.

10. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes and termination

Terms may be updated. Your licence may end if you breach them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and the competent consumer bodies at your place of residence. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
